Allow your Board Members their right to privacy at their home

We take all feedback from our fellow residents seriously, and we truly want to hear from you. However, contacting a Board Member at their private residence—whether by showing up in person, or by sending letters, texts, or emails to their home—is inappropriate.

Instead, we encourage all residents to attend any Board meeting, where you can address your concerns directly to the entire Board. If you prefer to write, please direct all correspondence to the Board as a whole and send it to Triton Property Management —either by mail or by dropping it off in person. We ask you to consider: how would you feel if someone showed up at your doorstep or sent work-related text/mail to your home? Our Board Members are your neighbors and unpaid volunteers who generously give their time to work for the betterment of our community.

Please respect their right to privacy in their own homes.
