Get Quorum – Third-Party Voting Services
We are using an e-Notifications and e-Voting third-party system called Get Quorum.
As of 2026 – 117 of our 136 Members (86%) have consented.
This service saves us time and money by not having to print and mail hard copies of notifications and voting packets to our members.
How it works
A third-party e-notification and e-voting service can significantly reduce a condo association’s administrative overhead by eliminating paper, printing, and postage costs associated with annual meetings, special assessments, and board elections. Instead of staff or volunteers stuffing envelopes, affixing stamps, and tracking returned paper ballots, the service securely distributes notices and ballots via email or a member portal, automatically tracks delivery and receipt, and tallies votes in real time. This not only cuts direct expenses for paper, envelopes, and bulk postage—often saving hundreds or thousands of dollars per vote—but also slashes the person-hours spent on manual preparation, mailing, and counting.
Beyond the direct savings, the service minimizes time spent on follow-ups and dispute resolution. Automated reminders reduce the need for repeated phone calls or door hangers, while timestamped, auditable records eliminate arguments over lost ballots or missed deadlines. The platform can also handle meeting proxies, quorum tracking, and secure authentication, allowing the board to finalize votes in hours instead of weeks. With less administrative burden, volunteer board members and property managers can focus on strategic tasks like maintenance or budget planning, while the service’s built-in compliance with state and governing document requirements reduces legal risk. How It Saves You Money
Here is an invoice for the last 25 units which have not signed up for electronic notifications. This is for one registered and certified mailing to them (according to our Legal Documents must be mailed) – So our Property Management company prints, stuffs and mail these legal notices out and charges the community.
Prior to using Get Quorum we had to mail all these notifications out to everyone. That cost would be $19.13 X 136 = $2601.68. Currently we are saving $2123.43 per mailing!
We would like to see that cost be $0.00. We would like to see the last 25 members sign up.
How It Helps Get Our Members to Vote
Not only does it save us money, but it reminds Members to vote. Voting is easy; click of a link in the e-notification and complete the ballot. Since we have started using this system we seen voting increase from 20 total ballots submitted to 78 e-votes. That’s an increase of the voting population from 15% to 58%.

Look in your email for your personal private invitation; it will look like this:

Do a search in your email to see if you can find this personal invitation. Also check your junk mail or spam folder as it may have gone in there. If you find it in your spam or junk folder, make sure to mark it as “Not Spam” so future notifications do not get sidetracked.
You must use this exact email invitation to CONSENT to using e-Notifications and e-Voting. The personalized link for your specific unit is in the body of the email message. It is a blue button that shows: “Yes, I consent”
Once you follow the invitation link and “consent” then you will receive all future notifications and packets electronically. You will also be able to easily vote with just a few clicks.
