Community Parking Rules
- Do not park on the grass. Do not drive or park with any part of a tire on the grass. You may run over our sprinkler heads and cause damage. This also damages our grass.
- Do not park anywhere that might hinder emergency vehicles from accessing the community.
- Guests can park anywhere along the curbs in the community main streets.
- Park only in your assigned reserved parking spaces.
- Do not park in anyone else’s reserved parking space.
- Do not double park. Do not park behind any vehicle(s) in a reserved parking space at any time even if the vehicle(s) belong to you.
- Do not park in any area within the parking lot areas that are not lined. The grass sides of the parking areas are not curbs. The curbs are on the main streets.
- Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked anywhere within the community unless they are providing a service at the time. No vehicle with advertising on the outside is allowed to be parked overnight.
- Trucks larger than 1/2 ton are not allowed to be parked overnight in the community.
- Trailers are not allowed are not allowed to be parked overnight in the community.
- Boats on trailers are not allowed to be parked overnight in the community.
- Unregistered vehicles are not allowed to be parked anywhere within the community. If the vehicle does not have license tags it will be considered abandoned. The police will be called to confirm if it is abandoned or stolen – if yes, they will tow it. If no, we will have it towed.
- Eyesore vehicles are not allowed to be parked within the community. If you are restoring the vehicle that work must be done elsewhere.
- Ear sore vehicles are hindrance to our normally quiet community. Kindly turn your music down. If your vehicle has loud muffler pipes, please be aware of disturbing your neighbors and the community. Drive slow and do not rev your motor.
- If your vehicle is leaking oil, you will be asked to remove it from the community until it is repaired. Damage to our parking lots and pavement caused by leaking oil costs us extra to clean prior to applying sealcoat. These costs may be passed on to the owner of the vehicle if they ignore the requests to repair.
- If you need to use a Pod to move or remodel your unit you can only park it in your own reserved parking spaces. A Pod cannot be parked onsite for more than two weeks. If you need to store things for a longer period of time, we suggest you opt to fill the pod and have it stored elsewhere.
If you see someone breaking these rules, we ask that you take a photo of the vehicle with the license plate visible and send it to the Property Management company.
Assigned Parking Spaces
Quick Overview of the Assigned Parking Space System
Each reserved parking space is marked with the word RESERVED followed by a three-digit number.
- The first two digits are the last two numbers of your building number.
- The last digit corresponds to your unit letter:
- A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, D = 4
Example:
Space reads RESERVED 224 → Building is 2122 (last two digits: 22), and the 4 means unit D.
More examples:
- 2109B = 092
- 2101D = 014
- 2128C = 283
Important Rules:
- All spaces are reserved. Guests should park along the street curbs within the community, making sure to leave room for emergency vehicles and garbage trucks.
- Each unit has two assigned parking spaces, marked with white lines. Please park only within your designated slots.
- Any unmarked areas in the parking lot—without curbstones or lines—are not parking spaces.
Note:
This system was set up years ago, so outsiders won’t easily recognize which space belongs to which unit. But if you know the system, it’s simple to figure out.
