In February of 2024 the Board considered three proposals and voted to have all unit roofs retrofitted to qualify for a “Single Wraps” credit. The cost was $62k to qualify for a savings of $100k per year going forward.
March 4, 2024 – All units have been upgraded according to the Retrofit and Insurance company. This project was complete early enough so that we were able to qualify for a $100k discount on our hurricane insurance for March 2024. The discount is good for all years going forward and it is the largest discount possible.
