Registration OPENS at 6:30PM sharp

Location is on Zoom & In-Person at Triton Offices – 7PM

This meeting is the Board Elections for 2026.

All JLV COA Members are encouraged and welcome to attend. By COA rules renters and non-members are NOT allowed to attend.

Signs will be posted (as per COA rules) at the entrance of the community and on the bulletin board (also located at the entrance). The agenda will be attached below once it is created.

There will be a broadcast email with the agenda sent to all owners on the Owner’s Email List and through Got Quorum. If you are not on the email list and would like to be, please make yourself known by submitting the contact form.

Main Streets Sealcoat Project – Completed

The Main Streets will be sealcoated to extend their life 5 to 7 years. Once the blacktop is applied and dried, they will then repaint the lines. Begins October 2025

During this time Owners should be aware and not park vehicles anywhere near the work being performed. As tar and paint could possibly be blown or splashed. The COA will not be responsible for damage to any vehicle parked too close to the work areas.

If we cannot contact the owner of vehicles in the working area, then the vehicle will have to be towed so the project is not delayed. Towed vehicles will be at the towing company compound and owners will have to pay them to get the vehicle returned.

While the contracted company informed us the work would be performed during this month; it has been delayed many times due to rain. We apologize for the inconvenience and the noise of the equipment.
