Annual “Election of the Board” Meeting
THURSDAY FEBRUARY 20, 2025, AT 6:00 PM

Notices will be emailed and mailed to Owners.

This is a ZOOM & IN-PERSON Meeting. Typically, the Election Board meeting lasts about an hour. The first notification will be sent 60 days prior to the meeting date. It will include the paperwork for a member to announce “Intent To Run.” If you’d like to speak and address an issue, please look over the Speaking Policy for Members here.

Links to the Zoom Meeting are included in the notifications that will be sent.

All members will be able to vote through GetQuorum (if you have opted for electronic notifications / voting) or at the meeting in person. Members attending through Zoom will not have the ability to vote. If you would like to consent to electronic voting and have not yet done so, please let us know so we can send you the email notification and link.

Here are some facts about Jupiter Lakes Villas and the Condo Owner’s Association. 

  • 34 single story Quad Units for a total of 136 townhomes in the Community. 
  • Current Quarterly COA Fee 2025 is $1111.00 or $370.33 monthly.  It was the same for 2024.  All Reserves are fully funded. 
  • The Parcel contains 9.763 acres and construction began in 1979.

  • New Owners cannot lease the unit for the first year; no short-term rentals allowed, and the shortest lease term is one full year.
