Location is on Zoom – 6PM to about 6:15PM.
This Zoom meeting is just to approve the 2024 Budget – the meeting will last about 5 minutes. The Budget has been distributed by email and posted in the Member’s Only Forum.
All JLV COA Members are encouraged and welcome to attend. By COA rules renters and non-members are NOT allowed to attend.
Signs will be posted (as per COA rules) at the entrance of the community and on the bulletin board (also located at the entrance). The agenda will be attached below once it is created.
There will be a broadcast email with the agenda sent to all owners on the Owner’s Email List and through Got Quorum. If you are not on the email list and would like to be, please make yourself known by submitting the contact form.
