- The Parcel contains 9.763 acres, and initial construction began in 1979.
- Current Quarterly COA Fee 2025 is $1111.00 or $370.33 monthly. All Reserves are fully funded as per our Reserve Study recommendations and Florida State law.
- The community has high-speed Fiber Optic Internet connectivity with 200+ TV channels included in the maintenance fees.
- New Owners cannot lease the unit for the first year; no short-term rentals allowed, and the shortest lease term is one full year.
