Here are some links and facts about Jupiter Lakes Villas and the Condo Owner’s Association (COA). 

• • 34 single story Quad Units for a total of 136 townhomes in the quiet Community in Jupiter Lakes. 
  • All units are single story ground level townhomes.
  • The total Parcel contains 9.763 acres, and initial construction began in 1979.
  • The Quarterly COA Fee for 2025 was $1111.00 ($370.33 monthly).  Quarterly COA Fee 2026 will be $1064.08 ($354.69 monthly) and now includes Internet/TV services. 
  • All Reserves are fully funded as per our Reserve Study recommendations and Florida State law. The most recent reserve study is 12/18/2025. 
  • The community has high-speed 5G Fiber Optic Internet connectivity with 200+ TV channels included in the maintenance fee.  
  • New Owners cannot lease the unit for the first year; no short-term rentals allowed, and the shortest lease term is one full year.

  • So far 105 of our 136 (77%) COA Members have opted in for electronic voting and electronic notifications. We use a third-party company called Get Quorum. 
  • The waterfront units are on two lakes: one belonging to the community. 
  • We are situated between the Jupiter Medical Center and Military Trail. 
  • A short distance to the Jupiter Town Hall, Recreation Center, Jupiter Schools and the Jupiter Police Station.
  • Less than 1 mile to the Jupiter Library and the Jupiter Post Office is right across from the entrance to the community.  
  • The community rarely loses power and connectivity during storms due to its close proximity to the vital town resources and the Jupiter Medical Center.
