Sidewalk Pressure Cleaning Project Completed 2025

Sidewalks and concrete postage bases were all pressure cleaned August 2025. Some of the rust in the South end did not come up and it would have required an additional amount of money to have the extra work and supplies to remove more. Knowing that the Sidewalk Repair and Replacement work is about to begin in that section it was best to save the money.

We like to schedule this yearly project to occur before the holiday season. However, with the sealcoat finish that we will be applying to cover the old and new repaired sections – we may no longer need to pressure clean them anymore. The finish is mold and stain resistant and has a 5-year warranty. We have had the sprinkler system in that area fixed as it was failing to prevent the rust prevention formula to be applied. The old suction pump (which are working perfect at both of the other sprinkler stations) was continuously getting clogged and allowed the rust to be spread. The new injection system (installed last month) appears to be working fine, and we hope to have no more rust issues down south.

A special thanks to our volunteer board members for everything that they do.

PS – Please think of your neighbors and your community before piling yard waste or bulk items at the curbs over the weekends and especially during holidays.
