On Reports of Misleading Information and Rumors:
“You may have already heard, but just in case… I received a “Red Flag” notice to be aware about the document changes before voting. The envelope return address was stamped from (name removed), unit (removed), but I can’t confirm she sent it. I’m assuming if I was sent a notice, all owners probably were. I already voted and listed you as Proxy. Guess you can’t please everyone: it’s too bad there is unrest in the community.” 4-24-26
“Great email!! WOW-(name removed) & (name removed) are the epitome of vindictiveness as well as evil! I am so sorry you and the board have to deal with this, as it is a waste of time, as well as, such lack of appreciation for what the board has accomplished thru the recent years!” 2-11-26
