JLV Members must request to speak at Meetings in advance.
In an effort to reduce the overall length of time of the open Board Meetings Triton Property Mangement and the Board have put into place this Speaking Policy:

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
OWNER’S SPEAKING POLICY
- The Member must advise management on which agenda items or topic they would like to speak on prior to the start of the meeting. The start of the meeting will begin once the meeting is brought to order by the association’s president.
- Once there is a motion with a second, the board will discuss the agenda item.
- Once the board completes their discussion, the agenda item will be open to the owners. The board president will select from the list of owners who had signed up to speak on the agenda item.
- The owner will have 3 continuous minutes to speak. The 3 minutes will be continuous, and cannot be paused, yielded to a different owner, or carried over to a different agenda item.
- Once the 3 minutes are completed, the owner’s time is up and will continue to the next owner to speak, or onto the board’s vote on the item.
