Main Street Sealcoat Project UNDERWAY
Hello Members,
Sealcoat of the Main Streets – Everline will be on-site applying sealcoat and refinishing our Main streets. The project began Wednesday September 24th. This is going to affect everyone’s parking at one time or another. Please see the plan below.
Here is the plan for the week: WEATHER PERMITING
The crew will normally arrive each workday around 7:30am and begin setting up until about 8am – so all vehicles in each of the scheduled work zone areas should be removed or relocated to non-working zones by 8am latest. Best bet is to relocate the night before. If you don’t need your car during the 24-hour period you can certainly leave it in your parking slot if it is not too close to the work area.

Last Areas –
Second Coat of Sealcoat on RED is the last closure.
Date TBA: The area marked in RED will be closed to all parking and traffic for 24 hours. The entrance on the red side will be closed off for most of the day. Please be careful coming and going.
Date TBA: The entrance roads will be blocked off on one side for an hour or two.
Date TBA: The painting of the lines at the entrance and stop signs. Small areas will be marked off as the crews work to do the final paining of the lines.
Weekend – all roads and areas will be open to traffic, parking and garbage pickup.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- When the crew is doing the entrance there will be one side closed – please be careful coming and going as ONLY one side will be open for coming and going traffic.
- Anyone parked in the blocked in parking lots after the work has begun will not be able to move their vehicle for 24 hours.
- Also note that we are not responsible for any sealcoat spray that might get on the vehicles parked too close to the working areas.
DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS AT ANYTIME. Help protect our sprinklers please.
DO NOT PARK IN OTHER UNIT RESERVED SPOTS AT ANYTIME. Ask for permission please.
IF YOUR CAR GETS TOWED OUT OF THE WAY – Contact All Hooked Up Towing 561-972-0383.
Alternative Parking – We do not recommend parking in the Hospital, Medical Buildings or Post Office parking lots as they may tow cars left over night. Park there at your own risk. Parking on the street across from the Medical Center is alright – but there are not many spots. We do not recommend parking along the sidewalk of Jupiter Lakes Blvd as the town of Jupiter may tow vehicles from there. Please try to make arrangements for your vehicles to be elsewhere on the days affected as above.
Parking in the community is going to be very tight so please do not park in other Member’s reserved spots. Try to park along the curbs on the NON-CLOSED streets and park so as not to block traffic or emergency vehicles from access. Please try to park all along the same side of the street.
