If you are having a problem locating your updated Governing Documents packet. Here is some helpful info.
Your Documents were sent by Get Quorum to your email address they have on file on the 15th of April. This was a broadcast to all those who have chosen to receive e-notifications through Get Quorum (113 out of 136 members).
The EMAIL subject line: JUPITER LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. – Special Membership Meeting
It was sent from: Jupiter Lakes Villas Condominium Board of Directors notices@getquorum.com
The attachment was titled: JLV- SIGNED Condo I Special Meeting packet 5.20.26- Get Quorum.pdf
Check your EMAIL spam folder. If it is in that folder take a second and mark it “not spam” for your future Get Quorum notifications.
It’s important to locate the original email from Get Quorum, as it contains the link you need to fill out your proxy vote electronically. In that email message area (not in the attachment), you’ll find a button labeled “COMPLETE YOUR PROXY.” Clicking that button will take you to your e-voting proxy ballot after you’ve reviewed the documents.
The other 23 members received the documents via USPS. As required by law.
