How to get connected
If you would like to install an electric connection to your vehicle then you will need to request the work to be done on the JLV Architectural Change Form.

Note: FPL has a special monthly electrical service at a discounted price, but it does not apply to us. Only people with a garage can have it installed as it is not exterior grade.
To get a charging plug installed on the exterior of your unit close to your parking space you will need to:
- Complete the Architectural Change Form
- Get approved by the Property Manager and Board
- Have the electrician run wires from your electric service and connect the outlet
If your parking space is too far from your unit we will need to try to come up with a solution. Please let us know if that is the case.
The Board is discussing the option of having a few electric charge stations installed on community common areas where people can park and charge. Normally these charging stations are installed by a company that gives the community a percentage of sales from the devices in exchange for the install location.
