This project will include:
- Protective covering of the existing parking curb stones.
- Applying the black sealcoat top layer
- Allow it to dry
- Painting in the parking slot lines
- Allow it to dry
It is estimated that it will take three (3) days in each Phase.

DO NOT AT ANY TIME PARK ON THE GRASS – We have spent a small fortune on replacing and repairing the sprinkler heads just because people drive over or park on the grass. No part of the tire should ever touch the grass! Help keep our grass nice.
IF YOUR PARKING SPACE WAS BLOCKED WHEN THEY DID YOUR AREA – DO NOT PARK IN IT AGAIN UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED – If an area of your parking lot was blocked and they couldn’t access it; you must leave it open for three days until they can get two coats and the line painting done.
Phase TWO AND THREE– Has begun – Thursday morning November 21st
UPDATE: It appears they are making good time, so they have decided to combine the two phases. Please have all cars moved out of the parking areas in Phase Two and Three. You can expect First coat on Thursday – Second topcoat on Friday. Line striping early Saturday morning.

Phase FOUR – To begin Monday morning November 25th – weather dependent.
UPDATE: Monday morning would get first coat and then Tuesday topcoat – Wednesday before the holiday weekend would get striped with paint lines. Might be combined with Phase FIVE – we will see.

UPDATE: Crew will not be working on Thursday or Friday for Thanksgiving holiday. They plan to remove all cones and lines so that everyone will be able to park in their assigned spaces during the holiday weekend.
Phase FIVE – To Be Determined.

Avoid parking in the numbered slots in the areas designated as PHASE ONE starting early Monday morning. Crews will be arriving to begin the sealcoat project.
All parking spaces in each PHASE must be clear for the project on its start date.
Do not park in other unit’s assigned parking spots without approval. Do not park along Jupiter Lakes Blvd as you will be towed by the Town of Jupiter.
Please note that some parking lots may be across the main street from the units in various areas. Those will be done when the closest building number to that lot is in the Phase as listed above. See the Phase map (below).
If vehicles are left in the parking areas and we cannot contact the owner to relocate them – they will be towed. All Hooked Up Towing – 561-972-0383
NOTE: Tar and line painting – do not park too close to the under construction parking areas as we cannot be responsible for any damages caused by the work being done.
The other phases will be announced as we see how the project progresses.
Phase ONE – To begin Monday morning November 18th – COMPLETED
UPDATE: Crew has applied the second and final topcoat on Tuesday. They painted the lines Wednesday and removed the pilons and blockade. A few parking areas that were not cleared and a few lines left unpainted will be done later.
